Why Snow
Benefits brokerage still runs on email and spreadsheets.
Brokers sit between you and every vendor in your plan. The work in between is mostly manual, and you pay for it every year.
How it works today
Slow by default.
A renewal starts with an email to your broker. The broker gathers your data, requests quotes, and waits for carriers and vendors to send spreadsheets back. Getting quotes alone can take weeks, and the full renewal can take months.
Because shopping every vendor is a lot of manual work, plans often renew as they are unless you push. Invoice reconciliation is tedious, so it's done occasionally or skipped. When a claim is denied or an employee is missing from a carrier file, it bounces between HR, the broker, and the vendor until someone takes ownership.
Our approach
Three commitments behind every account.
Incentives you can see
Our fee is agreed up front and fully disclosed. You always know what you pay us and what you pay your vendors.
Check everything
Every invoice, every month, against enrollment and payroll. Errors get caught when they happen, not at year end.
Shop everything
Every vendor in your plan is put to market at renewal. Staying put is a decision you make, not a default.
What we won't do
Some things are off the table.
- 01Renew your plan without shopping it.
- 02Take compensation you can't see.
- 03Sell you a tool and leave the work to your team.
- 04Make changes to your plan without your approval.
Renewing in the next 12 months?
Start with a pre-renewal review. You'll see where your plan dollars go, and where they shouldn't.
